As part of the BA Degree Show held at UCA Canterbury June 2017 Ritual Ruins was comprised of 21 locally collected and sourced spray painted pallets.
It was an ode to the modernist artist, the dismissal of creating commercial orientated work, in favour for the pursuit of truth. It is an overall fight to discover self in art. It is the self-consciousness of the artist that leads to exploring the physicality of work.
Book are a Dying Breed, this sculpture and mini exhibition was based around the forgettable and a transformation process to help bring new life. In some cases the original function of an object will be lost as it has become useless and unused however giving it a new purpose and recycling an object will help bring a freshness to it.
The highlight of this piece was the book sculpture Gardening in a Small Place both witty and rememberable as it was both the actual title of the book and what was done to it
As part of the HMA Glue Project 2018 these sculptures posses a soft and delicate tone to them. The shimmering cloth adding to the feeling of relaxation and comfort.

Breaking Limits was an ambitious project, putting together different honed techniques of creating sting work. It was an interactive piece that had viewers coming within the box to view the work up close and personally.

Material Planes is the starting point of my adventure into the HMA Glue Project 2018. The sculptures portray my obsession with the haptic, manipulating the texture and materiality of an object through its production.
Part of the HMA Glue project 2018, The sculptures included in Fissure Work with the semi-translucent properties of the HMA Glue and really bring out the delicate feel of the materials fused within each object.
