Inspirational Things
Sometimes people aren’t enough to support you or keep you motivated, which is where inspirational things or activities come in! When it gets to the stage where you are not satisfied with things that you normally like, sometimes its effective trying something or watching something you would never actually do that way you can observe it with a curious point of view rather than jealous and feel productive learning something new.
Animal watching on documentary channels or YouTube videos, I personally end up watching an ant farm channel as it is amazing seeing them work within mimics of their natural habitats and see them dealing with different scenarios.
Taking up a hobby like cooking'/baking is common as there are so many different recipes you can try.
You can also collect objects that make you happy and display on a shelf or keep in a box that you can look at or reflect on when you want to be inspired.
