Welcoming New Pets to the Family!

A couple nights ago my sister bought new pets for the whole family. One each, which stereo-typically is an excessive amount, however The Shalloe Family is no stranger to having a pet in the house. We’ve had a couple rodeos before with goldfish, budgies, rabbits. But this particular breed i was new to.

She delicately placed them in our hands, all of us unable to tell the exact age as we had never seen them so small. We’d have to take special care since they were at such an early stage of their life, although not particularly finicky we’d have to make sure they received the correct amount of nutrition.

It didn’t take long to bond with the practically newborns and after a heartfelt naming ceremony our competitive streaks kicked in.

Who was gonna raise their pet the best? The upkeep practically costed nothing and there was no such restrictions as to leaving the pet home alone, they could literally be taken anywhere!

So without further ado I welcome!!!

The lovable Pet Plant

Señor Spactacus the Catacus

Only an inch tall (but already taking up all the space in my heart) Señor Spactacus only needs at least 4 hours of sunlight a day and a couple drops of water a week to a month. He will slowly grow in his baby terrarium until he is big enough to be planted in a pot.

A long lasting pet, with simple upkeep. And a fun family activity to participate in.
